This is on your feet active as well as lots of talk, creativity, solution finding and goal setting. Focussing on that ultimate block that is stopping you from moving forward can require deeper questioning and interventions that require much more time than a conventional counselling session and also benefit from working over the course of a couple of days together. That’s Therapy Breakthrough Days counselling.

How Can they help?

Maybe you have an obstacle, a life challenge or an issue that you want to deal with. To not let it carry on any longer. I can help you get some clarity and focus whilst working with you towards a resolution. This personal breakthrough therapy is a very effective and quick way to resolve challenges in your life. I offer counselling breakthrough days in Harrogate in North Yorkshire. This will give us a chance to work through your issue over a space of a  number of counselling sessions. It will usually be combined with an overnight stay in Harrogate.

Prior to arriving we will have 2 50 minute  pre-assessment session's via video calling or in person where I will attempt to gather as much information as possible in a gentle, caring and compassionate manner and you will have the opportunity to share what you hope to achieve. These sessions offer an opportunity for an in depth assessment.

Bespoke Intense Therapy How does it work?

You will have previously filled in all the paperwork online so we are ready to start when you arrive. We will have come to a prior agreement, wether you are booking an intense afternoon session, a full day of one over a few days with accommodation provided.

 

This is an example of a bespoke package. You will arrive  at the pre-arranged counselling venue in the afternoon and after having the opportunity to settle in we will have a 2 hour  counselling session. I will leave you with some thoughts for you to reflect on and some tasks to complete before the next morning. You will have the opportunity to use the facilities at your hotel such as the swimming pool , relax or perhaps even book into the spa facilities. I view therapy as a holistic process, and self care is crucial.

The Schedule

The next morning we will begin at 9.00am and the day will consist of 3  90 minute counselling sessions before your departure. Times below are examples, can be adjusted to clients needs.

  • 9.00am - 10.30pm
  • 11.00pm - 12.30pm
  • 1.30pm - 3.00pm
